No hair! Was thinning at the top too much just decided to keep it shaved completely . Was recently enjoying a beautiful day at the Lake front when this pic was taken. It was such a nice day. Great work out weather is what keep running through my mind.
Any thoughts on the new bald look ?

Today was my rest day. Getting in the right frame of mind to get up early in the morning and knock out my workout! My progress has been steady and I’m happy with how far I’ve come but still have a ways to go to reach my fitness goals. The hardest part for me was starting.
Fitness Update: I have had substantial progress since starting my lifestyle change in regards to my health and fitness almost 6 months later. Yes, I said “lifestyle” change because diets only serve to lower your weight for a time and alone cannot improve your over all fitness. It might not seem like a big deal to some but I’m very proud to say that I can now run 1.2 miles without stopping or feeling like my lung is going to collapse. A lot of it is all about your mentality. Today I’m making big changes to my workout regiment. I have been learning a lot as I go and I continue researching things I can implement to improve my overall progress and results. With that being said, anyone who is really serious will find a way to become fit. Google and the internet are powerful tools and if your too lazy to use a keyboard then your probably not ready to start your fitness journey. If I can do it, anyone can. Starting today I will be drinking a 100% natural protein shake both pre & post work out helping to build 87% additional muscle. Right after my work out I will then do my cardio this will help me burn up to 27% more calories and 2kg more fat than doing them separately. Doing them together also saves time and just gets it out of the way. Last but not least I have to get more sleep, sleep is the most important part of recovery and happens to the the period in which your muscles actually grow. I will give a progress report in about a month. To all of you that are training hard, stay motivated and kudos to you for the progress you’ve achieved so far. - Your mind will give up a thousand times before your body will.- source: The internet. Push yourself a little further every time you train rather its one more set or one more rep.
